Had couple racks left over and don't want to waste the tasty piggy parts.

Any suggestions on reheating while not drying them out?

Steam them in basket over boiling water in a covered pot.

Just add a small amount of water to a skillet, add ribs, cover and heat slowly.

Put them on a plate and cover tightly with Saran wrap. Microwave and enjoy. The Saran wrap is important for reheating any thing you don't want to dry out.

I always steam them or toss in the crock pot with some beans and sauce. Damn, i haven't had bbq in months,where can i get ribs at 10:30pm?

I have a good sized Cuisineart countertop one (and a freestanding Samsung).

If I'm not in a rush, I'll rehead about any meat in countertop oven. Things taste much better that way. Believe it or not, anything fried (which I seldom eat) will taste almost as good as when it was cooked; from chicken gizzards, to french fries...whatever. I especially like to use it when reheating meats and pizza. :)

OMG no to a microwave ever for ribs. Get a roasting pan and put about 1/2 inch of water in it. Put the ribs on an elevated rack or if you don't have one put the ribs meat up so only the bone tips are in the water. Cover with foil and bake at 350 until hot (usually 10-15 min.):Ribs will be as moist as when you first cooked them.

For that much I would wrap them in foil, pour in a couple of ounces of apple juice, and put them in a 350 degree oven for 20 or 30 minutes.

Put them on a broiler pan sprayed with cooking spray so they don't stick. Put a little apple juice or cherry juice in the pan and on the ribs, and heat them at 275-325F until the get up to 145F internal temp.

For reheating, I put a little of GVFlyer's Original Recipe Hotter-Than-Hell, Texas-Devil's Spit Bar-B-Que Sauce on the cold ribs, dampen a couple of paper towels, place them over the ribs, nuke them for 70 seconds, uncover, match them up with a Corona with a slice of lime and...Voila, ready to watch NFL football feast in under two minutes.

Get 4 six packs of GOOD beer. (no bud and coors are not included in this category)

Invite a buddy over. Start with the 1st 2 six packs. Discuss the details of the project. This should take until the first two six packs are gone.

Move on the the next two six packs and begin implementing your plan. At some point the beer will be gone and the ribs will be eaten. You will still have hunger, so tell the wimmins to bring some more beer and sammiches...

Just tried a couple bites. That turned into eating almost a half rack......Who would have thunk it?

I'd never eat cold BBQ sandwiches, or steak. But the ribs were darn good cold. Thanks for the tip!

Put them on a cookie sheet, preferably slightly elevated on a rack above the bottom. Pour half a good beer onto cookie sheet. Tent with foil. Oven at 300 till warm. Enjoy.
