The lovely miss kim and I went down to the river to enjoy the last warm-ish day and see the fall colors. The leaves are falling before turning full color this year but still looking pretty good. It was quite windy when we left the house so I did not bring the fly rod. There is always an ugly stick spinner in the truck though! The Browns went nuts for a #6 Pistol Pete!

The leaves are falling before turning full color this year but still looking pretty good.

The falling leaves drift by the window. The autumn leaves of red and gold.

They can be much better but this year things are goofy, the leaves are falling off before fully turning all over the state.

.....glad we went yesterday as today is a full blowout It's always a bummer to see summer go around here as we have only 4 months of warm weather. But snowboarding is not far away!
