If it looks like 0 might get re-elected you won't be able to find a stripped lower or LPK in-stock anywhere.

This shouldn't be a surprise to people - all Marxists want to ban guns...communists, fascists, progressives, socialists, doesn't matter.

You know Obama is itching to wield that Executive Order pen in regard to gun restrictions.

I truly cannot see Romney exercising the EO pen for an AWB...He'll be too busy signing off on cease and desist directives on Obamacare.

Did all you gun enthusiast and aficionados out there hear Mr Romney loud and clear? He said he signed the weapons ban as Governor of MA because it's what the gun owners wanted, a ban on assault weapons in exchange for more hunting and sporting privileges. GTFOOH

But Mr Romney's personal view of assault weapons, or "weapons of unusual lethality" (as he once described them) is quite clear.

That may very well be the FLIP that FLOPPED him right out of favor with the (rational and intelligent) 2A lovers.

I'd say an AWB under Romney is more likely than a repeal of Obamacare. Not that I think Romney will sign a ban, I just think that the chance he will repeal Obamacare is so infinitely small, even an unliky thing like an AWB has a higher likelihood of occurring.

And how do you defend your candidate's voting record against guns when he was in the Senate?

Amazing O would bring this up 3 weeks before the election. I guess he just can't help himself.

But with a Republican House, it's not going to happen anyway. Chill.

I'm not saying "repeal Obamacare," but issuing orders for various relevant federal agencies to desist processing on their components of Obamacare -- effectively gutting the abomination's ability to generate revenue -- that I can see him doing.

I just wanted to thank President Obama and Gov. Romney for their most recent and spirited debate.

I also want to thank them both for the little nudge they gave me! Picked this one up today.

 The more people buy guns, the less likely we'll need to use them. We need to keep converting ordinary, good people into gun enthusiasts so the government (both parties) is genuinely afraid of the people instead of the other way around.

To each their own. I am intimately familiar with the AR platform in .223 and .308. I know what I know. I like that a lot. I'm unfamiliar with the AK, and even though it is probably fine, I'll stick to the AR and not lose a minute of sleep over it.

I've already bought what I need, and may soon go after some of what I want.

Get 'em while they're hot boys, there ain't no going back in time.

Nope, the selective hearing is strong with this crowd and they were still in mid AWB-gasim over what the President said.

.....BTW- they also missed where he President we did not need any new gun laws.

OBAMA: Let’s be honest. Mr. Keyes does not believe in common gun control measures like the assault weapons bill. Mr. Keyes does not believe in any limits from what I can tell with respect to the possession of guns, including assault weapons that have only one purpose, to kill people. I think it is a scandal that this president did not authorize a renewal of the assault weapons ban.

http://www.infowars.com/obamas-gun-control-record-sparking-sales-worry/
* 1994 to 2001 – Obama was on the board of the anti-gun Joyce Foundation. This foundation is the largest funding source for radical anti-gun groups in the country.
* 1996 – Obama supported a ban on the manufacture, sale and possession of handguns.
* 1999 – Obama proposed a 500 percent increase in the excise taxes on firearms and ammunition. This tax would effectively punish gun owners for buying guns and ammunition.
* 2003 – Obama voted in support of legislation that would have banned privately owned hunting shotguns, target rifles and black powder rifles in Illinois.
* 2004 – Obama voted against legislation intended to protect homeowners from prosecution in cases where they used a firearm to halt a home invasion.

And the obamaoists are still deliberately ignoring the fact that Romney signed that bill with the State legislature ready to override his veto and he did manage to take out some of the more onerous parts and include some beneficial passages.

Honesty is too much trouble for Obama's minions who have been sent forth to scare people away from Romney in a political "Hail Mary' play.

You can't sign a law when Congress doesn't give you one.

Much ado about nothing...

There's no absolute guarantee that Romney wouldn't sign an AWB put forth to him by a Democrat Congress, should that even happen, but there's absolutely no reason to logically think that he'd go out of his way to do a back-door executive order. The lifelong communist, on the other hand, has already snuck two hard-left justices in and wouldn't hesitate to use executive orders. After all, the proletariat overlords can't very well silence a large opposition that's well-armed. It's time that everyone recognize that anti-communist liberalism is dying off.
