The death of Prince George's County Police Officer Kevin Bowden today marks the hundredth line of duty death this year.
I have included Below 100 in training that I put on for the past two or three years (did not provide it this year with the agency change). While I think they're asking a lot, this is the first year in a while that I think we've had a chance.
