Romney's website rejected foreign donations as per the law, but not BHO's website. BHO needs to be prosecuted after the regime change for this and other overt crimes.

That's right, but it's not about that $10, which is just the iceberg's tip. The $10 you focus on does clearly demonstrates that his website blatantly accepts illegal donations. It will take an investigation by a DoJ that enforces the laws regardless of the race or party of the criminals.
