If by weight training you mean repeatedly lifting a hamburger from a plate to my mouth, then I'd have to say a couple beers. If you mean physical activity, I just drink water.

loseing weight...caffine is ok but theres better out there

just getting in shape or trying to build endurance...gatoraide would cover that

trying to get some size and muscle....PROTEIN...PROTEIN..PROTEIN

when you lif,t a window opens about into the first 20 min of lifting where your body is screaming for protein to help repair your muscle ..it lasts untill about 40 min after working out..

lots of water + creatine 1 hour before workout.

Usually either water or a no sugar sports drink during workout.

Protein shake after (and/or protein bar), and a good sized meal.

Seen recent studies linking 20 grams of protein plus some carbs 20-40 minutes After the workout when insulin levels peak .. the science is solid I'm going that route now I do a piece of fruit like an apple and some water before .

Typically either some water or a preworkout. Iv used jack3d and now im trying one i bought for cheap that was on sale. Im going back to jack3d, cause this stuff is grape flavored and tastes like ****. I have just started the pre workout again, took a really long break. I dont feel like I really need it, but figure anything helps. Only thing im strict on is a post workout protein shake and my creatine afterwords.

One Costco organic chocolate milk, a hefty spoonful of peanut butter, 2 scoops Double choc Opt Whey Gold, one apple banana, and some ice. Cures what ails ya and tastes FANTASTIC.

Protein shake 30 mins before, I do 2-3 scoops of Optimum Nutrition Pro Complex ( I'm 215lbs, amount of protein is dependent upon body mass). I also add in 2 scoops of Trueprotein.com "augment" and 1-2 scoops of "mg's powdered muscle". All that together is tons of protein (60-90g), ground up oats for a medium acting carb (50-100g), creatine, citruline malate, beta alanine, a gram of vit c, and a hydration complex. I then follow up my workout with 2 scoops of pro complex and then a solid meal about an hour later.

If your goal is weight loss you would just remove the carb component (if you are eating healthy carbs throughout the day), or go low carb throughout the day and keep the carb component, just depends on how you set up your diet. I would do low carb throughout the day and carbs before/during the workout.

Sports nutrition studies have shown that portein and carbs together in the blood stream before/during/after the workout leads to the greatest results.

Con-Crēt. Not as amped as with Jak3d but its pretty good and I like the taste. After work out two scoops of Muscle Milk (chocolate) which taste horrible. I liked Syntha-6 (chocolate) a lot better.

A big ole cup of coffee and a little cream, and plenty of water. Creatine in water (about six months out of the year) when I get home and depending on how im feeling either some eggs and spinach scambled up with salsa etc or a chipotle bowl or something similar. Worked fine so far, blessed with decent genetics and I don't cheat too bad. I live it pretty consistently, even if I'm not mr 20 supp bottles and boiled chicken breasts and steamed broccoli all day every day. Seems to work out well, and I'm sure its the consistency factor.

I've tried I don't know how many different pre workout drinks in the last five years. Some made me sick as hell (No-Xplode) some made me try to claw my face off (Purple Wrath/White Flood).... The one I've found to be the best for me so far is Juggernaut by Infinite Labs.

I get insane energy from it! Taste isn't the best compared to some. However it is very effective on me.

You guys realize that Jacked is 1 3 dimethylamylamine, a close cousin to amphetamine.

You would be better off with protein, carbs, creatine, citruline malate, and beta alanine. The first two are building blocks & fuel, and the last three increase work capacity and decrease lactic acid response.

1D has been taken out of Jack3d. It's not near as potent as it once was. I'm currently using 1MR, not that great.

If you actually want to grow and see a difference do protein and carbs directly before and protein after (carbs optional depending on goals). All these stim products do not help you grow or recover, just give you energy. You can buy caffeine anhydrous in bulk and just take that if you want a stim and it's a lot cheaper.
