Considering my states history in selectively discarding votes, I will go to the polls in person, with the hope my vote gets counted.

I was going to vote today on the way to the Doctors.
So crowded there was no time.
Never seen it that crowded

I've torn both my shoulders. Left one is in a sling. If I can't get a ride to vote in the next couple days I'll see how my one handed driving goes.:)

Not that my vote will make that much difference. In about the last 5 months I haven't heard one person that says obama's name without a cuss word in front of it or in back of it.

Today a young lady came to my house to work on my bum shoulder.
She said, "I usually don't say much about politics on my home visits but from seeing all the guns around your house I know who you are voting for." :)

I'll be near the head of the line early on election day, sipping hot coffee and watching the sun rise, as usual.

Voted today. It was crowded and not with hippie types.

Did it in 5 minutes on Saturday. I heard there were lines all day long at all the early voting sites. I got to the one at the mall and the machines were all in use but there was no line.

No **** Buckwheat! Lake County (Two Harbors) found enough votes, the day after the election, to put Franken ahead of Coleman. The election official found them in the back seat of her car.

A year later Lake County got a ~$50 million grant to wire the county with fiber optic for high speed internet/TV/telephone. Lake County has 11,000 residents. :whistling:

Unfortunately I have to vote absentee. I don't have a polling place. I can go to the county seat on election day - but I'm in St Paul on election day. That's 130 miles from my county seat (one way). It costs me a vacation day to do that.
