Sounds great, if I were betting I'd guess it'd be here http://centralalabamagunclub.com/main/
I never heard of them before, unless I skipped over them this club isn't listed on the USPSA club finder. Unless something comes up I'm planning on making the trip next month to shoot their boot leg Steel match.

Thanks Legacy for posting this, if nothing else I fould someplace more or less local to me to shoot SC, down side is it's on the same day as my USPSA match here.

"PLEASE NOTE: CAGC Does not allow any types of Exploding Targets."

Not much of that going on at GSSF matches, but that would sure cramp my general style.

Oh Sure:supergrin: you can make it to Montgomery but not Mobile where we needed 2 more master shooters in Submajor and 1 more in Heavy metal to give away a full slate of guns.:tongueout:

If nothing else changes, you'll also need 2 more Masters in HM, 'cause I won't be shooting that next year in Mobile.

Now... you could possibly convince your good friend Ed to shoot those two Divisions. 8 + Ed + Justin = 10 Masters all around.

The RM/MD at Mobile, as a match on the proposed 2013 schedule, should be privy to next year's complete proposed schedule as it develops. Have you checked with David Robinson about this lately? You two were pretty busy during those last weeks prior to your match.

I think the complete schedule should be released soon as The Glock Report has to be on the way to the printer ASAP with GSSF's new FY in mind.

I was shooting the GA State IDPA match yesterday, quite badly I should add, and a gentleman recognized my name from the GSSF matches, and he told me about the Montgomery match. He said the club had just gotten word that week about the match. Montgomery is the location for the AL State IDPA match.

Kitty I shoot HM and MSub now, Bama will need to keep looking for shooters to make his 10 shooters with the * next to their name.

Nutz - I thought you didn't shoot those. Guess I could have actually looked at the prelims... Well, Bama has a year to figure it out.

Mike Martin and Jon Henson would have made 10 and 11.

Do you shoot Submajor, why not HM?

I don't know... HM gets me all out of sync. Shoot my G30 and don't have G21 mags, have to use a Barney mag (my only Div doing so), then lean on the G30 on the table to force my 10-rnd mag into the G30. Could buy my usual 10 mags for a G21 and load 11-10-10, etc. at home as I do for other Div, but really don't enjoy shooting the G30 that much, and really only load enough .45 rounds for GSSF anyway - then I'm back to 9mil.

I suspect you'll have enough HM Masters during subsequent matches, without me. In a pinch, if it's looking like you're short HM Masters, I could shoot it on Sunday afternoon. (I've always shot MajSub - I love to irritate myself on the plates with 7 shots for 6 plates...) :)

I've got some other things to talk to you about. I'll try to call you later. Out of town this week.

Bah....don't miss and you only need 10 rds per string anyway:tongueout:

Good idea.

I have finally bitten the bullet, so to speak. I have been fighting the gradual change in my dominant eye, but now realize it has shifted fully and (hopefully) permanently this time - although this cross-dominant stuff is a little disconcerting right now. Probably explains why my shooting has gone downhill lately. In the past (pre cross-dominance), 10 rounds has been plenty - not so lately. :embarassed: Oh well, I now join the ranks of other great cross-d shooters like Sevigny.

Don't want anyone to not be prepared for the right day! :whistling:
