I have a fobus and only use it for IDPA. Its way too thick for EDC. I would like a thin pouch for EDC even if it just a single. Does anyone make an pocket pouch??

Thanks,
Bobby

Yes one is made. I use a suede eyeglass case sewed to fit the mag

For in-pocket carry, Josh Kolbeson also makes the Orka (http://www.shopleatherworks.com/orka-pocket-mag-carrier/) pocket magazine carrier.

This has to be the best, most concealable method to carry a spare magazine.

The pj holster ones look nice.

Safariland 123 is very concealable because it's horizontal. More importantly to me, it's comfortable (ie. no poking me in the side like a vertical).

****** sells a mag clip, made of sheetmetal bent to clip the mag to the belt.

Thinnest, simplest, either direction.

Thinner than kydex, and clip is smaller but sturdier too.

Back pocket works too with no device.

^ This! The Glock brand mag pouch is by far the thinnest and the cheapest pouch on the market. No thicker really than the magazine itself.

This again. The only knock I would say is that it covers too much of the magazine, or in other words its too deep. It works fine for G17 size mags, but IMO its a little too deep for the G19 mags. It still works and its very thin and hugs the body tightly.

I use it for both the 23 and 27 with no problem, good retension also.

I agree it works, personally I just like more magazine body exposed. I would not use it at all for subcompact magazines. Fine for 19, better for 17 IMO.

Yes, and my Remora magazine pouch doubles as a pouch for my 16" steel telescoping police baton when I walk at night during cold weather. (Worn securely at the navel under a zipper fleece jacket or winter coat)

Buy a cheap cell phone carrier at $ General or Wally world for your spare mag carrier.

Comp-tac mag pouches are slim and ride tight.

Have not tried it yet but looks interesting, if not a little pricey.

Already have too much stuff in my pockets! Also, I can't imagine sitting with a large magazine in my pocket would be comfortable.
