Used G27

Picked up a used G27 today, shot very little and came with two mags with #5 followers. Should I change them out?

The #5's are working fine for me also. I will leave them like it is.

If it's not broken, don't fix it!
I have 6 mags for my G27 and all with #5 follower, 100% reliable!

Go ahead and shoot it. If it functions fine, don't worry about it.

I buy all used LEO mags and I have never had one not work to perfection. A couple are so worn they look like they hit a belt sander but, no problems ever.

If you don't have any problems at the range after boxes of ammo?
Then you're good to go for carry.

Make sure and run some of your self defense ammo through the gun.

The G27 is one of my most carried guns. It just rides so easily under light clothes, and packs a whollop if it's ever needed. You picked a good one OP.
