Yesterday in a training course I just learned a bit about "Below 100", a non-profit initiative that...
aims to reduce the line of duty deaths to below 100 (per year), a number not seen since 1944.
No better goal than that. Website at www.below100.com ... check it out. With some exceptions, WE are responsible for our own safety. The #1 killer of cops is traffic crashes, and 7/10 cops in crashes are not wearing seatbelts. That's just one example. If you don't want to visit their website and/or get involved, at least consider their 5 Tenets (all designed to keep YOU alive):
