Picked up my second Glock a few weekends ago at a gunshow. Now the G19 has a sister! They are both police trad-ins, and have saved me much money over buying new.
Glock 26 police trade-in with Trijicon night sights, a mag, and a plastic case for $400.
Appears to be a "carried often, shot little" pistol. The barrel has almost no sign of wear.
The slide however, has the duller finish compared to my G19, and has some holster wear.
I thought the trigger on this thing was crazy stiff compared to my G19. I ordered a (-) connector to "fix" the problem. Watched a video how to do the change, and discovered my G26 here has a NY1 trigger spring.
I dont like it.......
So I tried the combo of the NY1 and the (-) and wasent impressed, so I put the (-) connector in my G19. With the (-) connector in the G19 and the regular trigger spring, it feels great!.
So now I need to get a regular glock trigger spring for the 26, and I should be all set. I dont mind a 5 pound trigger on the G26, but with that NY1 spring, it is hard. Maybe 6-8lb?
So anyways.......off to get a spring for the g26 now
Cant wait to shoot em both again with different triggers!
