Besides the Dan Wesson Guardian 9mm, what other options are there that is 9mm, commander size (aluminum frame) and already has bobtail? No budget on this just trying to find more factory pistols in this configuration.

Check out the S&W 1911sc line. Scandium frame, commander with bobtail. I really like the scale treatment, and bobtail.

/headslap. Sorry, for some odd reason, I didn't even see the 9mm part of that. 9mm in a 1911 is a hard animal to get running right. the short case combined with the swinging link design has some real timing challenges. I have seen some good ones, but they tend to run on the OMG expensive side of the equation. Think Wilson or Nighthawk customs. STI might make one. Good hunting.

Nothing wrong with the DW except that they are hard to find and they aren't cheap. I have one the only changes I've made are the grips.

With fusion, you might get what you ordered, or you might get things that youmay not have ordered. They don't make most if their part

I haven't any issues whatsoever with any of 9mm 1911's.
