it's stamped MPI and "C". Colt?

C is for Colt. Not saying that it hasn't happened, but I personally have never seen another maker marking their bolts with a C. Colt has had them marked a bit differently over time, but the C designation remains the same.

$56 is a good deal on any quality bolt, much less a Colt. Bravo charges $70 for theirs.
