1st. Gen mag question...

I bought a mag plate for a 17 and it didn't work.. it fit the mag wouldn't let it fit far enough in side to lock into place.. mine is a first generation 17... does that also mean no other clip will work but one for a first generation? the clips i have are the original ones that came with it..

Replace the plat:supergrin:e as well.

Any G17 mag will fit a 1st gen G17. If I remember correctly you'll need a "Non-Full Metal Lined" magazine floor plate. Look on the Lone Wolf web page. The magazines are interchangeable between gens. The magazine parts are not.
