I recently bought a glock 34, I installed the Warren Comp Sights, with a .245 Front F.O.

I went to the range today and I was shooting too low out to about 60 feet.

I really bought these for Purposes of GSSF and IDPA.
Would I be better off with the shorter .215 Fiber Opt Front sight?

These distances would be about 5 to 20 Yards...

Please help me out here
I am shooting mostly 124gr and want to shoot 147gr 9mm with these...

My experience is that the .245 front is way too tall. I use a .205 x .105 Dawson front with my Warren rear. It's almost dead on at 20 yards - prints right above the post, which works best for me.

Different strokes/different folks, but what’s the point of having the FO at POI on a 30-yard head shot? Your post is a wide as the head. On easy targets you can still put the dot at POI, if that’s faster – but I think center hold is more intuitive with irons on a pistol.

yep I have the .215 on nearly everything from 17, 34, 17L and 21 POA/POI is good. Actually I only needed the .245 height on my 26
