Apparently I'm not allowed to sleep tonight, so I've been browsing GT and looking at the cyber Monday deals. This is getting expensive with Christmas just around the corner...

So far: 3x magnifier with flip to side mount from PrimaryArms. $104 shipped.

BCM gunfighter charging handle small, 2 boxes 00 buck, 2 boxes 6'8 SSA 115 hollow points just because. I don't really need ammo for it but I figured I'd try it out. $98 shipped from Jabtac

500 Hertzers 62 fmj 5.56 from Cabella's. I'm waiting for back ordered ammo so I figured this was worth a try being that I've been taking the little brothers shooting a lot lately, and they shoot faster than when they play Call of Duty. $119 shipped.

I'm at $321 and if she keeps me up any longer, I have my eye on a xds 45. What else is a guy to do?

The real question is whether she'll figure it out next week when I get a bunch of boxes or before.

Get her some breathe right strips, you'll thank me later!

Not putting pants on at this time of night. I might have to grab some tomorrow. If I forget, well, I do have that gorilla tape somewhere...

My wife hasn't kept me awake...much...since we bought some breathe-right strips the other week. They're so effective, she hasn't even opened the box yet!

Thankfully, for now, we still have a very comfortable queen-sized guest bed. In about a year, though, that's going bye-bye as we transition kid #1 into that room and soon-to-be kid #2 will leave our room for their room.

Then I'll have go to go the living room futon. :-(

A good cure for a snoring woman is to get out of bed and do a couple hours of ironing clothes....and maybe cleaning the downstairs bathroom while her husband sleeps.

Dare ya' suggest this "cure" to her!! Go for the nose-strips, or get ear plugs.

or get ear plugs.

I DO wear earplugs. More than I'd care to. Sometimes, though... It doesn't help. :crying:

Another vote for a cpap machine. I know a couple that has one and it has worked miracles.

That's all Brother

+1 My wife and I both wear them. That plus the sleep number bed and I get a good nights sleep.

Save yourself some $$$ and push her ass out of the bed. It stops snoring.

Once upon a midnight dreary, while I posted weak and weary,
Over many a quaint and curious epic threads of GlockTalk lore,
I tried nodding, nearly napping, as there came a gasping,
As of someone loudly choking, a chainsaw gnawing proudly, in my chamber lair.
'I'll go surfing', I muttered, tapping at my keyboard more -
'Only this, I shall purchase, and nothing more.'

Ah, distinctly I remember it was the Cheaper-Than-Dirt sales of November,
my credit a burning ember, and each separate purchase drowning out her thundering snore.
Eagerly I wished for quiet on the morrow; - vainly I had sought to wallow,
From my ears a woman surcease of sorrow - sorrow for the lost lacking slumber -
For the rare and raucous maiden whom the angels named: Wild Boar!
For Tomorrow, here, she'll snore some more.
