Well, doesn't it? Hubby is snoring away next to me and I'm feeling decidedly not sleepy. Everyone in the house is asleep, even the dogs, so cleaning and laundry are right out.

What to,do, what to,do...

I think equal distance between me and my guns is a rather wise idea at this juncture in time. I might take it into my head to bounce into the woods for an hour.

Not being able to sleep sucks!

I know how you feel. I work second shift and I just got home at 3:00 AM. I usually sleep like a rock but sometimes something wakes me up after sleeping for a hour and I can't get back to sleep.

Then once I finally do, the alarm clock goes off ten minutes later!

Best of luck and I hope you can get some restful sleep!

I am having too much fun reading here, but not daring to post.

Because I won't remember what I write and I tend to throttle my pimp hand way, WAY back on GT when I am in my *cough* right mind *cough*.

Plus, I gotta pee.

Ok, I am turning off the iPad and going to bed now. I fear I have said too much already.

I thought this post was going to go in a whole different direction than what it did.

I can totally relate to posting late at night after taking some Ambien. NOT a good idea at all.

You should've woke your husband up for some exercise to make you tired so you could sleep.

Aren't you supposed to go mow the lawn or shovel snow or something when your on that stuff? Then have no recollection that you did it.

Ambien is nasty stuff. My wife took that for a bit and it messed her up. Anti-anxiety meds like Adavan can work well for sleep and don't make you walk around doing weird things.

Same, I put a stop to that crap after the second night. Wasn't pretty!

What is this?
SaintTalk?
Not being able to sleep and not being able to do anything in fear of waking other would suck.
Thank goodness for the Internet :whistling:

Restraint is greatly over rated.

Restraints, however are another matter. (cuffs, straps, gags, etc.)

There is an idea. When you are bored and can't sleep, tie up and gag your husband, and ask him what was going on last night.

If you ever want to dump your man, I could sure use a girl who appreciates Glocks and Kimbers. (Glock guy here)

I fell asleep at my computer after taking ambien one night. I woke up enough to walk to bed, fell over nothing and tore my thumb ligament. Not fun.

According to my wife, the first time I ever took Ambien I woke her up vacuuming the kitchen (tile floor) with the carpet vacuum. I had also lit five or six mosquito coils that I went outside to the camper and retrieved while in the skin. Never again. HH
