Anybody heard of this magazine? I saw it on display yesterday at, of all places, on the counter next to the cash register in the firearms section of my local Wal-Mart.

Is that like the official publication of Mall Ninjas of America?

Could be. I didn't stop to peruse it. But the tactical chick on the cover was really hot.

Hot chicks are tactically sound, they can flash the enemy and provide "boob cover" while you move to a superior firing position.

I haven't heard of this magazine, but I've seen and bought some Wilson Combat Elite Tactical Magazines.

That procedure didn't work for the beauty queen in MX.

Maybe because they didn't utilize "boob cover".

I missed the old "Gung Ho" magazine.

The effect is similar to a "Flash-Bang" grenade.

A magazine dedicated to connecting phone calls?

Sounds boring.

If someone's laptop was at home where it should be, this thread would have thread of the week potential.

web search doesn't show any hits. the plot thickens. someone is going to have to pick up a copy. this could be gt comedic gold!

If it was online it would blow their undercover tactical operations.

I have given up on most magazines. They are full of adds and only a few things technical worth reading. Kinda like the hunting rags telling us a 30-30 will not kill a deer anymore and you need the new hot "fill in the blank" rifle chambered in a round that was designed yesterday.

Yeah but can they take multiple .338 Lapua rounds?:whistling:

Then your Google skills are in need of improvement. I got several hits, including Amazon, where you can buy the magazine. It's published by the same people who publish Shooting Times.

Really? Would that mean I'd be famous for starting it??

Just read the book by the Navy SEAL who was in on the UBL raid. He and most of those guys each had over a dozen deployments and countless missions in Iraq and A-Stan during the war. I would call those guys and Delta Team "operators." Everybody else are posers including any so called law enforcement "operators" (and yeah I worked on a swat team BITD but we weren't "operators").

Point is, that magazine is for posers, real "operators" are busy operating.

I FOUND IT, I FOUND IT, I FOUND IT!!!

Confirmed sighting - I saw a copy at Barnes & Noble. It has a chick decked out in "tactical operator" gears on the cover. I think that she's a high muckety muck for Blackhawk Industries.

The magazine is associated with Shooting Times. I think that it's one of those specials like Guns & Ammo's AK-47 or Guns & Ammo's Combat Weapons.
