Kansas State player makes a beautiful defensive play and intercepts a pass. He has a clear path to the end zone for what should be a TD. What does he do?... he lets go of the ball just before he crosses the goal line.

He didn't fumble.... he let it go thinking he had a TD.

That must be embarrassing.

open carry would have prevented this...

Doesn't matter anymore. Even the best make mistakes sometimes. Great season Wildcats! I'm a senior at K-state and work for our athletic department.

Those darn refs are a little picky about players actually possessing the ball when they cross the goal line.

I seen it all on my Sony Bravia and he should feel like an idiot. But he did let his quarterback get a touchdown.

You want to talk about embarrassing? Nebraska is getting absolutely murdered by Wisconsin. It's as if Nebraska sent their marching band to play instead of the real team. I can only imagine how ugly the autopsy of this game will be.

Guess you don't have to pass an IQ test to play big time football. At lease the K-State guy's fumble didn't cost them due to that stupid rule giving them the ball on the one yard line.

Yep- Big 10 Champ will end up with 4 conference losses. Pathetic.

I'm watching the Nebraska/Wisconsin game right now as well. I seriously hate seeing the cheeseheads win anything so thanks for that Nebraska.

And Wisconsin scores ANOTHER td as I'm typing putting them at 63-17. Dear Lord.

That's what the KS State player did.

It is amazing that someone can get to that level of football and make such a stupid mistake.

Yeah, I saw that and promptly changed the channel. I followed up that action by pouring myself a nice cold adult-type beverage to console my sorrow.

What happened to Nebraska? Injuries?

So much for being a Texas fan for the night.

The Huskers couldn't make the trip so they sent their marching band to play for them. That's the only way that this butt-kicking makes any sense to me.

I hope Stanford kicks Bielma's ass- running end arounds with his first team offense up 63-24 with 9 minutes to play. He just had to get that 70th point.

Doesn't matter though because our boys won. It's been a great season for K-state, not perfect but I'm happy with how out team has performed. By the way, for anyone who watched the game, our press box is getting imploded in a couple weeks. Will post pics if possibe lol. Working for our athletic department has been fun.

As it should be. I thought Texas should have received the ball since it rolled into the end zone. Definitely a bonehead play, and K State got away easy.

I think the ball should end up in the endzone, and not just cross over the goal line. I hate the QB sneaks on the 1 yd. line when only a small piece of the ball goes over the line, and the QB gets shoved back, only for it to be considered a TD.

Dropping two kick returns didn't look so hot either.
