From the advanced post page, highlight the text you wanna make a link, and click the URL button above the text entry field. It looks like a little Earth with a chain in front of it. Enter the URL into the box that pops up, click OK, and you're done.

I've always said it "Hops," but there's a good chance I am wrong.

Guys-lee is definitely the correct pronunciation.
