Bernanke said the new framework was consistent with the earlier calendar guidance, because officials do not expect the jobless rate to reach 6.5 percent until sometime in 2015.

This is just downright stupid. The administration, instead of adopting policies that would encourage and expand business, are just printing money which becomes cheaper by the day. And they want to continue this until 2015 ?!?!?! This cannot continue:

This is the real nightmare for our economy. Nobody cares right now, because nothing apparent is wrong. But pumping money like this into our system will only end with one result: Inflation. Really bad inflation. Then interest rates will climb and business will contract even more.

And that, my friends, will be the start of the giant collapse.

We apparently have the government we wanted. Right now if we gave everything we earned as taxes ( 100% taxation) we would still be illiquid.
Our "leaders" are basically criminals right now. They are floating debt with bonds that they themselves are issuing and they are printing money to give way to entitlement programs to buy votes.If you did this in the private sector you would go to jail.

It is so obvious what is really happening, isn't it? But it's just too much fail for the average joe to embrace. It's the unthinkable. Just ignore it and it will go away. The only good that can come out of this is if and when the conservatives get back in, they will have all kinds of precedent for one-man rule.

It is precisely that this is just so unthinkable that makes it all possible. It's like the bigger the lie, the easier it is to make people believe it. These puppet masters know this.

It's an instinctive self-defense mechanism embedded deep within our psyche - that we really can't face what is about to happen, so we deny it. But it is really happening. Everything will not just be all right. This is different.

The vast majority are ignorant or in deep denial. Only a handful really get what's about to happen.
