I am looking to upgrade some parts on my Kimber and RIA and would like some help selecting the right parts.

I'm looking to replace the main spring housing on both and they are full size. What would you recommend?

Brownell has the Wilson Combat V-Grip Mainspring Housing, is this a good choice?

What trigger upgrade would you recommend for the RIA? There are so many to chose from. What I am looking for is a better trigger pull at a desist price.

Thanks for the help.

You can throw a rock and hit 10 MSH's that will work fine. It's honestly all about preference.

The trigger is a different story. You can get a drop in kit from someone like C&S (who is the best IMO), or you can have a smith do a trigger job for you. Highly recommend taking it to a smith for an honest trigger, although I've seen some of the drop-in kits work well with someone that knows a bit about 1911 OR 1911 variant  ignition.

Edit: Make sure you like extended MSHs..... I can't stand them. Wilson makes good stuff though.

The EE trigger sets that C&S sells are the standard for top quality trigger parts. A lot of the top smiffs sell the same EE parts under their own name. As MD357 said one MSH will work just as well as the next nine of them.
