Today will be record sign up day for the Brady's. Guaranteed !!!!

If you really care about your gun rights, JOIN THE NRA despite your reservations.....

Their is strength in numbers and once we are outnumbered we are DONE.

They don't outnumber us, we have hundreds of millions of gunowners yet MOST do not belong to the NRA......

Likie the Takers now outnumbering the doers, we are in for the same fate if we don't put our money where our mouth is.

Just sayin

I'm a life member and kicked them an extra $50 yesterday.

Every gun owner who gives a rip should do the same.

Heck, anything is better than nothing.

Honest, NRA is too late for all that.

The NRA is the only gun rights group that is feared by the democrats and anyone else who wants to take away our gun rights. Like the NRA or not, they keep our gun rights for us.
The reason you haven't heard from any democrat wanting to introduce new gun laws for the last 4 yrs is due to the NRA.

Costs only $25 a year. That's cheap gun and gun rights insurance. You may not agree 100% with your car insurance company but you still buy car insurance because you can't afford the alternative.

This is no time to be cheap.

I googled "NRA" just to see what's going on and the first two articles I read really support the theme of this thread:

http://rendezvous.blogs.nytimes.com/2012/12/15/why-does-the-n-r-a-oppose-the-global-arms-trade-treaty/

PM me to be sponsored for a $300 lifetime membership.

If you are going to donate to them, may I suggest you donate to the NRA-ILA instead of the NRA general account. I heard that the general account funds cannot be routed to the Institute for Legislative Affairs for some sort of legal reason. Since the ILA is the branch that actually fights court battles and writes amica curae briefs , they get my donations.

Exactly right. The left does not demonize GOA or anyone else. They always tell you who they fear.
Make them fear US.

Good point. Donations are for NRA-ILA and memberships are for NRA.

Dang skippy on joining and then providing additional support to the ILA branch. Membership numbers show the size / power and the ILA provides the action. Please use your local recruiter to join! If you don't have a local recruiter PM me and I'll send you my link. I'll not post it here because it's really important to support an individual and not a website. My whole family are members from Jr. members to the adults. Most were gifted by myself because I believe in their ability to defend us locally and nationally.

Long before I knew about NRA or gun rights, I had my Dad and Grandad to teach me about firearms. How to use them, respect them, fear them if used improperly in the field hunting and legally killing game. If you don't learn gun use there you learn it in the military as my son did or in law enforcement. Hunters, cops, and soldiers in the vast majority, respect human and animal life and do everything they can to protect it. So guns alone are not to blame but are a source for good if used by the right people. Kids these days get their gun education from TV, video, games, and movies that glorify killing and gore. How about a ban on that....never happen.

Just a tip for the FNG, sprinkling the same information all over the forum is considered bad manners.
