May favorite is the world "clip" is a favored term for rednecks and liberals to mean "magazine". Unless, it can use a stripper clip like an SKS, or is an integral function like an M1 Garand, I don't see "clip" as being a major player.

I have been saying it for a while; many anti's truly believe these "assault weapons" they keep talking about are fully automatic machine guns. I keep hearing this same crap over and over.

I wish they were. Rocking and rolling now and again is kind of fun. Been a few years since I was able to do that. Now, everything is a 3 round burst which is lame.

I watched that last night. It gets even better the reporter asked him why the people in NY city can not carry hand guns to protect them self but you can have an armed security staff protecting you? He did not what to say about that. I think he said something like it not the same thing.

That is just jaw-droppingly stupid. As passionately as he claims to be about illegal guns, you'd think he would at least do his basic homework about the issue. A simple Wikipedia search would have prevented that gaffe.

When you interview Bloomberg hes such an idiot you actually have to plan and prepare to ask new questions and change the tone of the interview in order to not get stalled. I bet its a tough assignment.

After watching the whole thing, I agree. He absolutely knew he was lying, and when she called him on it, he just said "Ok" and went on to his backup argument (hi-cap mags). If he had not previously known that his primary argument for supporting the AWB was in error, there would have been some reaction of surprise - a "Really?" or "Are you sure?" ... something. Not here though - he just jumped on a new thing without missing a beat.
