Will crimson trace lasergrips fit over gen 4 backstraps?

Will crimson trace lasergrips fit over gen 4 backstraps or do you have to take the backstraps off? Obviously putting them on a gen 4 and using the correct model lasergrip. Gun is glock 23.

Cannot be used with backstraps unless you go with the rail mounted laser.

Hmm - don't know if this is new, but CT's LG-851 LaserGrip model is specifically designed for Gen4 19 and 23. Just ordered one from Optics Planet.

Confirmed no back strap can be attached.

However, the CT grip does add some size to the back strap area, and it might suit you. I used the medium back strap on my G23, but when I got my CT Lg-851, I discovered that it was about the same as the medium back strap.
