What do you dream of?

For me it's a Mp5 in any caliber or clone in 45acp.
Many others I want but a Mp5 almost brings out a lotion moment:whistling:

Just a Korriphila at this point. It still eludes me.

I've been fortunate enough to pick up all my other former dream guns. :)

Mine was a M1 garand and I was fortunate enough to find one in excellent condition and at a great price. I love it!

I know I will get so much flak for this but it is my choice.

My concealed carry is now a 4" barrel Chiappa Rhino in .357 Magnum, and I shoot the Hornady 125 gr. FTX. @1500 fps. The ease and comfort shooting with no muzzle flip and soft recoil made my decision for me.

My "Dream Gun" of choice would be for carry:

I would pick a chiappa Rhino in .44 Magnum in a heartbeat, if and when it is available. Considering the fast followup shots available with no muzzle flip from my present carry, I would like to go for an even higher muzzle energy round, since I see no penalty in rate of fire or discomfort of shooting.

This is next on my list and incredibly hard to find. I'm currently trying to collect all weapons used from WWII

There are 3 guns left on my "bucket list" none of them exceedingly rare to the point of impossible so my "dreams" run to the odd. For instance, I would never deface or alter a piece with any collector's value, but I have picked up a couple that have already been altered to un restorable and to that end one that I would like to find would be and old Colt New Service that was unsaveable in 38/40 to turn into a "Fitz Special. I was on that way once with a Colt 1917 but college and marriage changed my course.

Why 38/40? Well, it's the original .40 S&W ballistics and simply everyone already has a .44 special or .45 Colt or ACP

mini-cannon (+ several lifetimes' worth of ammo); tri-pod .50 (I'll spare the posting space of vehicles to carry it on); ultra-custom side-by-side; a flesh-and-bone ultra-conceal carry (yes, a firearm made of flesh and bone, grafted into a convenient, useful, removable part of my body - a Wolverine-type deal, only a gun instead of knifey-bones); the ability to shoot tree branches from my eyes (try and detect THAT, TSA - HAH!)...uhhh...I suppose this is a bit too far...

If it were legal here and you could actually find ammo, an HK MP7. Realistically, I don't know what to be honest. I don't have one that I want more than any others, except maybe a full-auto M16 registered receiver, if I ever have the money for it.

I had the pleasure of shooting one of those last year, definitely near the top of my list.

My #1 would have to be a full auto 22lr AR15 though, preferably SBR. 5.56 would be nice, but with 22lr I could actually afford to shoot it.

This sounds crazy, but my dream gun (assuming unlimited ammo funds) would be a custom .505 Gibbs for target, with a 30" barrel. I had a CZ .505 Gibbs, I only sold it because of ammo costs. Great gun, actually did not kick as much as you would expect. Not as powerful as the 50 BMG, but it can be carried.

This is sad, but my biggest dream gun right now is an A R 15. Any A R 15. I've had my hopes to buy/or build one for over three years now. I finally was able to allocate a sizable chunk of my tax return to shop for good parts and accessories so I could make it my own, but this blasted "ban panic" has pulled them out of reach again!!!!!! Sandy Hook was a true tragedy, however, the after affects have greatly hurt me personally too. I've been working towards this for a long time, and now because people with more money than me can buy them all up because "It might happen and I don't want to miss out." Damn You!!!! Put MY GUN BACK ON THE SHELF!!!!!!! Sorry, rant off.

An LWRC M6A2 is certainly obtainable, it is just a question of funds for me. The last 2 or 3 time I have had 5-600 bucks to spend on guns I have stopped saving and bought a pistol or some optics or ammo, etc. I need to commit to saving up fully for one of these. I have shot several a r15 rifle's and the lwrc m6a2 is my clear favorite. I also like how light Larue's predatAR is but they are on extreme backorder right now and I would rather have gas-piston instead of DI.

Never shot an 18 or converted 17, but see them as the ultimate "fun" pistol to use at a range.
