this was local here in San Antonio. I think this BG was lucky he didn't try to run. Frustrated homeowner might have been at the point of no return after being burglarized twice before by the same guy

If that had happened in CNY they would have arrested the homeowner (the victim). CNY stands for Communist New York. Who would want to live in a place where defending yourself is a crime?
