Gen3 Glock 19 question...

I'm looking at buying another gen3, but it has a strip of writing (not sure what it says) on the ejection side down by the bottom of the grip. The newer gen3 I own doesn't have this.

Are these one of the older ones or can anyone tell me what the writing is/means?

Not sure, Both my gen3 G23 2010 and my gen3 G19 2009 have the patent # on them.

I had a gen 3 : 19,23,30,26,27 an none of them had it.
