Kimber SIS Pro back from Mr. Rogers' neighborhood

This is just the way I have always envisioned one. :cool: Those grips look ok on it, but that's what came with it and I'll most definately be swapping them out for something else. Probably black.

I'm not a big 1911 fan, but I admit the SIS is the one I'd most like to get (if I ever got another 1911). With the NYS 7 limit, a SIS could be in my future.

How much do they cost?

Kimber discontiued them a few years ago. They can be found on GB. Most likely run $1000+

Thanks. :cool: The finish is a bead blasted stainless. Gun was originally coated with KimPro. I'll defintaely keep you in mind should I decide to sell those grips. :wavey:
