Ok so here is what I want to know, with out forcing all sales to be done via a dealer how can private sellers perform a background check? And if a law was passed seeing as we do not have a gun owners list how do they prove the sale.was not done via a dealer?

Good question..... What the left really wants to do is stop ALL private sales ans establish a nation wide registration data base.
