First... which GT'r is this?

Second... doesn't that make the weapon a class III? Thereby meaning it needs to be registered? I honestly don't know.

For all the bullets the shot at it,,not many hit it.

I dont think it is a NFA item,, no different than those trigger hell fire thingeys.

just a bump fire stock..

legal because the trigger is pulled for each bullet which leaves the barrel.

Bump fire is perfectly legal as nothing is changed with the way the firearm operates. It is still one shot per trigger pull. You can buy kits for bump fire or you can rig up a simple rubber band for the same effect. Google, lots of videos and pages for how to.

As far as I know, the legal definition of fully automatic means more than one bullet being fired with a single pull of the trigger. This technically pulls the trigger multiple times. Similar to bump firing.

Oh and i don't know if its due to the weapon itself or the stock, but it kept jammimg on the second guy. He flinches pretty bad when pulling the trigger.
