Maybe some of the more scientific people here can explain this more for me.

Also I think it gives a good glimpse at how theories work in science.

Einstein had been proven right again and again throughout the decades. The man was a freakin' genius of the fifth degree.

And sadly current scientific opinion is that Einstein went as far as he was capable of. Yet he proved his theory in just a few years.
They have been working on string theory since 1943 and havenít proved anything..
Too bad a person such as Einstein couldnít stay with us for at least a few more hundred years.

To call Einstein a genius is to understate his mental capacities. I honestly don't think there is a word to describe his brilliance.

Not sure what their whole "quantum" angle was about. Relativity should always explain macro events. There really isn't any controversy there.

The exact same thing happened to me. I think we both need new glasses....

That is what I was thinking as well. While I only have basic knowledge of the stuff, I've never known anything 12 miles wide or larger to be considered part of the quantum realm.

Ford vs Chevy reporting. Maybe even scientists fall for the basic ploys of selling ad space.

When in doubt, always bet on the guy with the wild hair.
