Does anyone know what IDPA Division the Steyr M9 (9mm) pistol would compete in ;d ;d

Initially I assumed SSP, but was told that maybe it falls into ESP. My copy of the IDPA rules doesn't include the Steyr pistols.

I would run it in SSP - unless I hear different from IDPA.
( your post prompted me to send an email to info@idpa.com regarding the Steyr and the Springfield XD ).

Due to the trigger on the XD it belongs in ESP, I believe the Steyr is in SSP. Let us know what HQ says

Latest TJ has an explanation of why the XD ends up in ESP in 'Ken's Corner' column.

Still no word on the steyr.
