Best adjustable sights for my g32---Help!!

I dont like the factory sights on my g-32.What kind of aftermarket sights do you guys have??I want a smaller front dot,so at longer ranges the target is not fully covered up.I need some ideas!!Thanks for all your help guys.

I myself dont use a adj. sight on a combat gun.
I do how ever use meprolight non adj sights on most of my guns and really like them.

MMCs are adjustable and rugged and are designed for concealment.

But my G33 and G32 sport XS big dot tritium sights for CCW reasons.
