I went in to a local store that carries the new G37, and asked to see it. The gun really does feel nice, its well balanced and points well (naturally, as it is a Glock). I liked how it felt like a 9 or a 40, yet packed a .45 bullet. Very nice. It seems to me that the .45 GAP could be the cartridge that the .40 was supposed to be, and I think that if it had come out first, it would have stolen .40 S&W's thunder. I definitely think its better to shorten a .45 than to reduce the diameter like the .40 cal.

I dont need another caliber I dont need another caliber I dont need another caliber! Im trying to stick to .45 ACP but I guess it is a .45 short...Ill tell you what, the G37 has definitely got me intrigued, and thats how it starts...
