Yes, I like it that much that I'm buying another one. My dealer got a few in with factory night sights so I thought what the heck. I was thinking of having some extra sights put on the side of the slide so I could shoot it homie style and look cool :)

I try to stay away from that area and when I do go, I always wear my rubber boots. I have noticed that many trolls and kiddies hang out there anymore that don't even own a Glock other than the one in their mind.

I don't think the guy's G37 was broken; think he might have squirted a little too much oil in the striker channel! ;) I don't intend to buy a G37, simply because it just doesn't fit my needs; however, it'll prove to be a quality pistol, just like other Glocks. I also don't like the G36...consider it, like the G37, a bastid Glock...outside the "plan", where mags interchange, etc.

I am on the fence with the G37. I feel kind of like Walter, I don't really like the 36 and the 37 isn't what I'd hoped it would be. I was wishing for a single stack, 8 round, 45 ACP. I am trying to keep my calibers of carry in the 9mm/45ACP arena. I will at times carry a Walther PPK/S (.380), a Seecamp (.32 auto), or slip my NAA .22 mag mini revolver in my pocket. For the most part I try and stay away from the .40S&W and .357SIG calibers. It's not that I don't think they are formidable self defense rounds, they are. It's just that at this stage of my life, I'm trying to simplify things. hehe ;)

2 37's. Lucky you. Im doing just good enough to save for one. I wish someone im my area had one to shoot and test. I guess maybe when they become alittle more popular around here I will get the chance. Or I may just say what the heck and impluse buy it.;g

Anybody had any luck with contacting Speer on official load data or components? I called them last week and spoke to a gentleman about what powder in such they used. He kinda laughed me off. He told me that "soon" there would be some data published on it. From what Ive been told is there isnt any other manufacture making it yet. I may be wrong.

Seems to me that if only Speer is producing the ammo they control the market right? I hope other manufactures start producing the ammo that way the price may come down. From what I have looked at on cheaperthandirt.com its not to bad priced right now.

Take Care
Richard

One of my dealers got some 37's in with a killer price of $469 with fixed sights.

This 37 may turn out better than I thought. The 30s I used to own the grip was too short for my tastes and the previous 21s I had were a little too big for my model escort, yes I like to carry in a fanny pack. The 37 may be just the right compromise for my needs. I'll have to go to Sportsmans Warehouse to see if they have the 37 in yet and see how it feels.

I NOW love my 37.. I may be the one ya'll were refering to who 'broke' my 37...

I wish I could have got night sights on mine, but I guess I bought it too early - before they came out with factory NS's..

My prollem wound up being a possible drop of oil in the firing pin chamber (unintentional), which I tore apart, and cleaned... It did function better after that - HOWEVER, I took it to the gun show and had a Glock armorer look at it. Along with replacing the firing pin plunger, and trigger - he also told me that there was something that wasn't quite right.. and that I may have bought a dud...

I'm now very happy with it, and it's accuracy is perfect...

However, I can't afford a 2nd one at this time (nor do I have a need for a 2nd 37)...
