good hot or cold...

1 stick butter
4 eggs
1 can crushed pineapples
8-10 slices bread, cubed
1/2 cup sugar

Melt butter, add suger and eggs and stir. Stir in pineapple and bread. Bake at 350 for 35-40 minutes in rectangular pyrex dish..cover with aluminum foil, take off the last 10 minutes to brown the top...
