Norms easy cranberry compote!
1 12 oz bag of frozen cranberries.
1 tbsp each brandy and maple syrup.
1 cup of oarnge juice.
put all ingrediants into a med saucepan and bring to a boil.
Lower temp and simmer till it reduces by half.
Takes about 20 minutes and will impress the hell out of your mom or girlfriend!
