1 beaten egg
1 tsp vanilla
3/4 c sugar
1/2 c flour
1/2 tsp baking powder
1/4 tsp salt
1 c chopped apples
1/2 c chopped nuts (optional)
combine all ingredients and pour into a well greased 9 inch pie plate
bake for 30 minutes at 350 degrees.
