Philippine distributor /representative of Smith&Wesson

Does anyone know if Smith&Wesson has an official distributor/franchise-holder/impoter/representative in the Philippines?

Several local gunshops sell S&W guns, but are they all every-man-for-himself or some entity has the official S&W distributorship for the Philippines?
