I just worked on this aircraft today, in pretty good shape I might add. We also have a restoration project in the works on Beech King Air serial #LJ-1, supposedly the first King Air built.
It's going to be made airworthy again and supposedly celebrity pilots are going to fly it around the world for some cause, I don't remember which, but I think it has to do with Christopher Reeves' Foundation.
