Did you know the person you bought it from? If not, replace them all. They are cheap and it's your life.

You're talking like 20 bucks for replacing all the springs.
However, people that sell the 30, IMO opinion have decided they just don't like it. So, it "probably" doesn't have alot of shots through it.
People that like them seem to shoot them alot, and never give them up.

The recoil rod/spring assembly would be the most important if you wanted to replace all the springs. There's the striker spring, which I've never seen go bad. Replacing the trigger spring with a new factory one isn't a bad idea. Otherwise, the slide lock spring doesn't seem worth replacing unless it breaks, which has happened. If you order some parts, get one for a spare--it's cheap and good insurance. I've never seen the safety plunger spring go bad either, but they are easy to loose during a rebuild so maybe a spare one of those too. There's the extractor spring, but it's stiff and doesn't get much of a work-out, so I doubt it "needs" to be replaced ever. Finally, there's the magazine release spring that looks like a straight rod (like a sewing needle). Someone here had one break, but they really don't wear so stock a spare if you want but it's a nuisance to remove/install if it isn't broken.
Here's the exploded diagram. (http://www.topglock.com/info/partgraphic.htm) Magazine springs may not be a bad investment, either.

It's a used gun so detail strip it and clean it. You'll learn alot about the gun and you'll know exactly how many springs are in there. Plus it will be clean.

They may ask you to send them the gun for inspection. You're probably paying out of pocket for whatever you choose to replace since so far nothing sounds broken.
