View Full Version : Welcome me in?
In the last three years, I had an issued G-21 and a personal G-21C. I hated both. I just sold a Kimber ProCarry II and wanted another .45. I FINALLY fot the chance to hold a G-30 and loved it! I looked around on the internet for a while and ended up finding a used Glock 30 on gunbroker.com.
Glock 30 ("excellent condition with very minor holster wear")
Trijicon night sights
Four magazines w/Pearce extensions (standard baseplates included)
Tupperware box and cleaning set
3.5 lb. connector (5.5 lb. included)
Wolff firing pin spring (original included)
$500 including shipping and transfer fee, sent the money order this afternoon. Can't wait to get it. Luckily I have some ammo on hand already!

Sounds like you got an excellent deal. You won't be disappointed.
Pretty good deal there partner. I paid the same for mine ANIB - just without all the extras you got. I'm still very happy with what I paid.
Welcome to The 30 Club ;f
Sounds like you made out like a bandit. Congrats on finding the right Glock.

I paid 460 for mine.
It was so "like new" that it still had the copper lube in the slide.
But it was bone stock.
That was a damn good deal.
Well, I got it yesterday and I am thrilled! I misread the description, so it only came with 3 magazines (still an extra mag at $18 or so value). Night sights are BRIGHT, I was suprised. There is more holster wear than I had hoped, but it does not appear to have been fired much. The label on the box is blue, I thought only LE Glocks had the blue label on the side, so maybe it was an LE weapon carried alot and shot very little? I think I may have some old S&B buried somewhere in an ammo can, I need to find it so I can get to the range soon. I really do love the way the G-30 feels. I wish I had bought a new one long ago! I want to try some +P ammo too and see how it does.
The first thing I did was take off the Pearce (Pierce?) baseplates and put the Glock originals back on since I much prefer them. I did not feel a diffrence between the 3.5-lb. trigger and the 5.5-pound that is on all my other Glocks. I was thinking about changing it back to the included 5.5 since they Glock doesn't reccommend the 35 for LE use. I might even give the 8-pound trigger a try since it is only like $4 from glockmeister. I plan to get an extended slide release and extended disassembly lever as well.
