Can someone explain the difference between a standard trigger and a two-stage trigger? I have a bushmaster and a RRA, and the RRA has the 2-stage trigger. Aside from the bushmaster feely gritty until I polished the trigger pin, I'm not sure I can feel what the difference is.

If your RRA has a RRA two stage trigger, you should easily tell the difference between it and a single stage trigger. Is it possible you have a two stage in your bushmaster also?

The RRA two stage has a nice smooth take up and comes to a stop. At that point, think of the trigger as set. Then you just need to release it. About 4&1/2 lbs of pull on the second stage, but the pull is very crisp. It helps me for accuracy. I can stage the trigger and get a better feel for when the trigger breaks.
