It seems that most online retailers only have the CCU units listed for the full size glocks. The Mech-Tech website says they're available (but lists no prices). Pop-guns.com lists a unit for G19 and G23, but not the G30..
Just got an email back from mech-tech, they are in fact available for the G30. It bit pricey ordered directly from Mech-tech though.
I've found them for as low as 299.99, but no listing for the G30 of course. So it's either find your local distributor, or call the online places and have them call Mech-tech.. or perhaps order directly from Mech-tech (at 100% MRSP no doubt).
