well, Not at Disney World, How about near.
I was wondering if there's any place in or near orlando FL where one may rent and fire machine guns. Planning a trip there in sept and this is something I want to do if possible. Can't do it in NY for some strange reason.
Thanks!

Yep; there's a class 3 range open to the public at I-4 and John Young Pkwy. It's right across from the county jail. If I remember correctly, there's a $15 charge for rental (great selection). The catch? You may only use their ammo. Trust me, your wallet will be begging for mercy before you've had your fill. Here's the info:
Shooting Gallery
2911 W. 39th St.
407-428-6225
From Disney, you'll take exit 32 off I-4 and turn right off the ramp.

Sorry, name of the business is actually Universal Weapons, but the info for their "Shooting Gallery" above is correct.

Thanks proactive, That's what I was hoping to hear. Guess it doesn't matter if I have to buy their ammo, I won't be able to bring any down there anyway. Hopefully I'll have some cash left in the wallet after my Disney excursion. heh. Do you know if they have a website? I'm gonna look now.

Yes and no. They used to have a functioning website : www.universalweapons.com. For some reason, every gun shop in this area used to have a functioning website and now none are maintained. Go figure.

Oh yeah "cash left over after my Disney excursion"--that's funny.
Cmon now, budget for that MG rental!!!!!! You wont get those kinda chances in NY, thats one of the many reasons I dont live in NY anymore.
PA has some good shoots though if you wanna make the drive.

yea, I'm budgeting for it. It's helping me get excited about this trip. I'm not the biggest mickey fan. My wife really wants to go there. She's excited about machine guns too. She didn't even know you could do something like this. I can't wait.

Now, that's a beautiful thing. To me there's almost nothing cooler than my wife's shared enthusiasm for automatic weapons. Cheers to the both of you!;Y

yea, she's got a sister but she's an anti.
Her husband grew up hunting and shooting and now he's not allowed to have any guns. Bummer for him. He was so jealous when I showed him my 36.
My wife is the one who had the idea that we should get some guns before Hillary has her way with NY.
She's great.

Why not skip Disney all together? I'd rather give my money to a MG range than a bunch of Marxist scum.
