A few questions about the G37

I have a few questions about the Glock 37 hopefully most of you can answer..

1 - What poundage is the factory recoil spring and does the SS captured guide rod for the G17/22 fit the G37?

2 - Nite sites for the Glock .45ACP/10mm are the correct sites for the G37 slide?

The sights will be the same as the G17,22 frame.
