how to say GAP

do you say the 45GAP like 45 gee ah pee or you say it as in GAP, like the clothing store. probably Glock change it from 45AGP to 45GAP so it's not to be confused with 45ACP (ah gee pee to ah cee pee)

i went to a gun shop, guy there said yeah we have this glock 37 in 45 gee ah pee.
i always thought it's 45 gap (like in clothing store)

both i say gap 1st and after the deer and headlights i spell it out. :)

Glock did not change the name, it was orignaly the 45 AGP(Auto Glock Pistol), however, SAMMI changed the name to keep it from getting confused with the 45 ACP (Auto Colt Pistol) to the 45 GAP (Glock Auto Pistol).
