You Gotta Get A LULA...

My case of Sapsan 7.62x39 from AIM arrived today. The bottom of the box broke open as the UPS driver was picking it up to bring to the door. It was all there but 6 boxes of 20 had spilled and were in the bottom of the main box (he had turned the broken box over).

I decided to load the loose rounds into 30 rd mags instead of trying to put them back in the little boxes. Anyway, I used my LULA for the first time to load the mags. That thing is slick. Easiest and quickest way to load a big mag I ever saw.

I'm definately considering purchasing one. I tried unloading an AK mag by hand and it took me damned near 10 minutes.

I ran a test this morning. It took less than 10 seconds to unload a 30 rd mag and just over 1 minute to reload it.

Unloading 30rounders by hand isn't so hard. Loading is, especially the last 10...... :) I loaded eight at once and it took me half an hour at least. I have no rifle needing a LULA at the moment but if I did, it'd be here already....

The LULA is great! Just wish there was an equivalent for my 32 and 26.

LULAs are a wonderful and marvelous thing! I can't imagine loading and unloading large magazines without one.

I ordered a lula and a tshirt from ak-47.net they should be in middle of the week or so :) I cant wait now I just need soem more magazines

I bought a LULA for my .223 30rnd mags.

This thing is GREAT. I HIGHLY recommend.

I know we've all bought gismo crap that wasn't worth crap but this device performs as advertised.

I would have to give it a 10 out of 10 also. Kind of costly (20 bucks) for an unloader/loader but the trouble ti saves on your fingers is priceless :) Especially when you start getting those 30 round magazines. I have it for my ak-47 7.62x39

Are you guys in 3rd grade????? I can load a 30 round ak mag with my hands in about 40-50 seconds...and unload in about half that time...just push the rounds straight out.....


The only bad thing is you fingers turn black until you wash them 5 times....

Another thing......I only take 2 30 rounders with me when I go shoot and I never shoot less then 200 rounds when I go......I have been known to shoot all 200 in 15-20 mins of "bullet hose'n" what is the hold up guys???? weak thumbs???

Well I'm a wimp and I just got my Lula today and it is the greatest invention in the history of the universe!...I loaded my 4-30 round mags and wished I had more! Lol, can you tell I'm easily amused?? ;Q

I think that it depends on the person I do not have one and load a lot of mags for the range at once that way get to spend more time shooting . Usually do it the night before I go . My theory is that way in a pinch I will not have to rely on a gadget . Having said that I think that whatever works for you is cool.... It does take some practice and the last few in any high cap my G17 or whatever do take a little force....My Opinion is whatever works for you another responsible shooter is cool not matter what or how they load there mags with,,,OUT
